In 2019, responding to the State Council’s call to accelerate the development of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, the city of Wuhan intensified efforts to expand the construction and layout of EV charging stations to address drivers’ concerns about range anxiety.

In May of the same year, at Zhonghe Times Square in Wuhan, a comprehensive on-site survey was conducted for dedicated charging station planning. Drone technology was utilized to evaluate site conditions and optimize the location and distribution of charging piles, enhancing the charging network for new energy vehicles (NEVs).

This project actively contributed to improving the urban EV charging infrastructure, supporting China's growing new energy industry, and aligning with national initiatives to promote green development and create a future of clear waters and lush mountains.
