European Client DC EV Charging Stations Installation And Operation Project

The on-site installation for our European client's project has run successfully and the system has now officially got into the state of routine running. Based on the strict market access requirement for the European market, our products have been certified with all related EU certificates.

We were able to give our overseas client full-service technical support during the project execution phase. In order to meet the demand for the enhancement and upgrade of the equipment, our technical staffs did quickly response by performing remotely the works including firmware upgrading, system debugging and performance verification. This remote work replaced the need of on-site service, and we were able to solve efficiently the problem of adapting and upgrading the equipment, gracefully saving us all a lot of time and trouble.

At this moment, the equipment at the customer's site is running steadily and all the functions are running well, there is nothing wrong with it; and the comprehensive effect and value of installation, upgrading and running have been satisfactory.
