This project was initiated by a commercial charging operator in Eastern Europe. The client planned to deploy a series of public charging stations with strong brand recognition, suitable for urban street and public parking scenarios. To enhance visual identity and attract more young and female drivers, the chargers were customized with a pink exterior theme, while also meeting the requirement to support multiple vehicle interface standards in the local market.
We customized and completed production of the 160kW dual-gun DC fast charger with the following configurations:

To ensure stable and long-lasting appearance performance, we applied a high-durability outdoor powder coating process and conducted weather resistance and color consistency testing, ensuring the pink finish remains bright and fade-resistant in outdoor environments.
The chargers have successfully passed functionality aging tests, continuous full-power load tests, OCPP platform connectivity tests, and local payment system verification. They are now ready for shipment to the client’s country for deployment.
